Who We Are
Acqui-tal Ltd is a leadership coaching firm that has been operational for 3 years now. It started as a management consultancy firm when initially established, but transitioned into a company that now has a specific emphasis on aiding businesses in developing their talent.
This is done with the objective of unlocking personal potential and achieving benefits for the entire company.
About the Founder
My personal story is one of experience working in large and small multinationals, listed and private companies and building, running and selling my own business. In 2016, I realised my passion for working with owner-managed businesses and was invited to become a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University working on the highly-acclaimed Business Growth Programme.
I established a management consultancy business focused on supporting such owner-managed businesses and realised that businesses would be much more effective if they truly understood the power of effective teams. As an accredited Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery, I established Acqui-tal Ltd to focus on team enhancement and performance.
My clients choose me because I understand the challenges of small businesses - after all, I was also a small business owner. Through my work at Cranfield, I have gained enormous exposure and understanding of businesses across a very diverse spectrum of industry sectors. So, I make my work and contribution highly relevant.
I stay in touch with attendees at my workshops providing them with additional engaging material to help “keep Insights alive”. I have very complimentary references and testimonials as a business coach, presenter and facilitator.
